The TAAF ERG Network (TEN) is a national network dedicated to empowering AANHPI Employee Resource Groups by bringing ERGs together to share best practices, providing networking opportunities to foster belonging and community, and strengthening the management to C-suite pipeline via professional development.
Each year, TAAF hosts regional networking events for ERG leaders to come together and celebrate the community. The network also connects ERGs with local speakers and nonprofit organizations for events and volunteer opportunities. In key cities, TAAF actively connects ERGs from different companies to foster local partnerships, strengthen regional networks, and amplify collective impact.
TAAF + Nike ERG Summit
In June 2025, in partnership with Nike’s Ascend Network, TAAF welcomed AANHPI professionals from across the country to the TAAF + Nike ERG Summit. Held at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, the summit explored how to cultivate a "Winning Mindset." Speakers included dynamic AANHPI athletes and business leaders, including 8-time Olympic Medalist Apolo Ohno, discussing topics like expanding leadership skillsets and uplifting our communities. In an intimate fireside chat, Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Marcus Mariota talked about playing and leading with purpose. The event also showcased leaders from TEN (TAAF’s ERG Network), who shared what they are doing within their own companies to create impact and drive transformation.
